“Today I feel into the hum of my heart’s frequency “
Hello wise friend,
There is something exquisitely restorative when we call on the gifts of our inner medicine and tend to just one fragile or hurt place that has buried itself within us.
I’m inviting you to pause for a few minutes and call on the inner medicine of your touch, healing palms and breath.
Together we shall practice a very gentle healing ritual called “Oxygenate Your Fragile Places” which my body has been loving and desperately needing of late. Especially my chest area and my kidneys.
Naturally you’ll be drawn to other areas of your body or perhaps not, and you’re also (like me) feeling the build up of fear in the kidneys too, along with a yearning to stay close to the hum of your heart’s frequency.
You can listen to me guiding you through this gentle healing ritual by clicking on the voiceover audio link above or read on for the written notes.
May tending to your fragile places with breath
and kind touch be your healing ritual.
Gently close your eyes.
Soft eye lids. Soft eye lashes. Soft eye balls.
Inhale slowly.
Exhale slowly.
Rest your awareness behind your eyes. Inside your body.
Inhale slowly.
Exhale slowly.
Begin by choosing just one small area of your body that you sense or feel or know is in need of a little extra love or healing energy today.
Don’t overthink it.
Go with the first impression that pops into your head.
Gently place the palms of your hands on that area of your body.
Inhale slowly.
Exhale slowly.
Take your time, and feel into the gentle pressure from your hands as they offer the comfort of touch and offer the comfort of connection to that area of your body.
Feel into the comfort of touch and feel into the comfort of connection.
Inhale slowly.
Exhale slowly.
Now invite your breath to breathe into that area of your body.
Inhaling into that area of your body and exhaling from that area of your body.
Keep your awareness, healing hands and breath all flowing energy into and flowing energy out from that one area of your body.
Your nourishing breath flowing into there.
The energy from your awareness flowing into there.
The healing frequency from the palms of your hands flowing into there.
Inhale slowly.
Exhale slowly.
Inhale as you oxygenate, nourish and receive all that you need into that area of your body.
Exhale as you release.
Inhale as you oxygenate, nourish and receive.
Exhale as you release.
Inhale as you oxygenate, nourish and receive
Exhale as you release.
Lovely.
As we gently begin to close this healing ritual, come back to your normal breath by simply letting the breath breathe you.
No forcing or changing just allow the breath to breathe you.
Together we’ll stay in silence for the next 15 - 20 seconds.
Holding the space for quiet inner listening and a chance to simply notice what you notice - in your body.
May tending to your fragile places with breath and kind touch be your healing ritual.
Blessings to you.
Namaste.
Until next time,
Sending you Big love.
