Hello wise friend,

I feel drawn, more and more, to turn my eyes, ears and beating heart, towards Mother Nature.

For a healing dose of her companionable silence. To merge with her intrinsic aliveness. Breathe in her restorative magic and gentle whispers.

Today my awareness wanders to exchanging breath with one quiet, unassuming yet very wise wild stone.

Following are my imperfect field notes.

As a side note - the age of my wild stone is unknown. It could be anywhere between a few thousands or few million years old. I didn’t ask. Either way it’s a gift from mother nature steeped in ancient knowing and long forgotten stories.

Remember the strength of you.

Your ability to weather all storms.

Never forget.

Make friends with a wild stone. Often.

Hold intentionally in the palm of your hand.

Exchange a weighted breath. And another weighted breath. And yet another weighted breath. Merge. Become one.

Feel into its deep stillness. Ancient earthed core.

Let it speak of slowing time.

Less rushing.

Trusting in patience.

Allowing the unfolding of seasons.

Inhabiting a well grounded and earthed charged body.

Wrap your fingers around my shape and breathe in my medicine.

p.s Yes, I’m back after a lengthy hiatus. I’ve missed you all. Lots. Please know I haven’t stopped writing. Never shall I do that. There are many, many posts in the pipeline. Bursting to be birthed. Released into the winds.

The body of work I have been crafting these past 6 months is woven intentionally with a higher vibration. A dose of distant healing if you like, infused into each post. Ready to be inhaled. Circulated through your energy field. I do hope a few of them resonate.

And now for me, I’m off to slow brew a mug of delicious chai, seek natural light and chat with my rosemary bush.
